P38A Been done over by Skitt

Good job you used Paypal.
Decades ago I purchased an used engine from a breaker, the sod took the total price instead of just the deposit from my Barclaycard & then kept making excuses as to why he couldn't supply the engine.
BC re-funded the whole amount & struck him off their merchant list ... did himself a lot of good there

Made a claim to PayPal now I bet they will be gutless and not give me my money back.
