battery light freelander 2

hi there new member
the battery charging light has been on now for 3 days
the car functions fine ,,no flat battery as yet ,the belt is tight the battery terminals are all fine,but the dam light wont go out ,,,please help

You need to find out if the alternator is charging, which is most unlikely,

Don't put in your entire home address when posting. Not a good idea really, especially if you owned a good Land Rover.

Are you sure it's not an engine management light?
