In case anybody has similar, seems like it from looking at old threads.
lt sounded like the dash on the passenger side, but l could not find anything. I spent ages looking! Eventually l got the missus to sit in the passenger seat and have a listen, she said it was coming from the top corner of the screen. l found a loose screw at the top of the passenger side A pillar.
It needs the headlining to be partially lowered to get to it, but the (relative) silence in the cab since fixing it is marvellous.
