bad creeking noise from clutch

hi guys i have just fitted a bran new full clutch kit on a 200tdi engine. this came complete with the clutch pressure plate thrust bearing and clutch arm. cost £100 all in. i also renewed the spiggot bearing. now after a week of it being on the vehicle when i press the clutch pedal down there is this loud creeking noise comming from the clutch .and when your pressing the clutch down it feels like it could do with oiling up as if it was siezing up.the make of the clutch is ap. what could this be. selects all gears fine but feels like its siezing as you push it down.
