Can anybody with Automatic Gearbox experiance please give help, i was driving my TD5 yr 2000 es through Dartford toll when all of a sudden the car seem to lose all momentum climbing the hill i tried to accelerate but nothing the temperature gauge went straight to red then all of a sudden the gears seem to engage and all was well again accept it seemed to take for ever to go through the gears. If i pushed throttle down it seemed to rev very hard and then settle again. i have never owned a Automatic Landy before all my others being defenders and discovery have all been manual. please help Need to get this problem fixed and not much funds to do.
