Hi Landy Owners,

My name is Richard and I am one of the only Specialists in the field of ATF Exchanging Machines in the UK and in fact the most of Europe.

There are lots of different opinions on how an auto gearbox should be serviced and I will respect all views, even people that believe that they should leave the fluid in for 120000 miles. Remember, with your own vehicles that are out of Warranty, the most important thing is how well yours runs and how long major components will last to keep costs down.

I'm quite happy to offer advice and make suggestions that may help. Time is sometimes limited for me but I will do my best, if questions arise. I won't offend anyone,so a slagging match about changing ATF fluid will not happen. But, I do believe in changing all of the fluid. When I have an engine oil change, I would not accept half being old and half new. But, we accept that as the norm for our gearboxes.

I spend most of my week, spinning around the UK in my Transit Custom Sport.

Thanks for reading. If I can help anyone, great.

Last time I got ATF on my skin it gave me a rash, I now wear a full chemical and biological hasmat suit and don’t touch my penis with atf soaked hands.

Honestly though Turbo, a lot of people have questions and LR's are my number 1 franchise.

It is good to have Specialists in Forums. But, it is only an offer of explaining how these machines work. I'm quite happy to stay quiet!

Lidl Luncheon meat is better value for bait.
Shame to waste genuine spam on fish.

Yes you could always go to Lidl and chat up the Eastern Europeans for a bit of spit and polish in a fake taxi

The machines are useful. But it is also good for business to provide all of your details to anyone that cares to contact you, or Google you.

And it would be courteous to contact the forum owners and ask about their policy regarding this before posting.

Not sure if you have to look too far to get those services in North Walsham.

Maybe the fish in March are not sophisiticated enough for that, but I will bear it in mind.
Can't imagine it tastes nice and don't know how carp know strawberry or luncheon meat taste nice but they seem to go for it.

OK. Well, if the Forum Owners decide to not have my posts it's not a problem, there is not really any financial gain, I'm well busy anyway.

I am not very good at playing by the rules, but I am respectful of all Forums and Members. It's the way it should be.
