range over p38 4.6 petrol hse . no fob control . No power at fuse 15 on becm , fluctuating power on depression of fob at plug on becm which sends power to reciever in rear of car , fluctuates beteen 9 - 10.5. Volt meter at reciever endwires , fluctuation on fob depression and reading power at power wire ( purple ) . orange /red wire shows power at depression of fob at both becm and reciever . but !!!! doors not actuating of fob !!!!!! I bet this gets lots of replies !! NOT

Sounds like you have a bad connection somewhere.

connect a jump lead to a good earth point and to becm case. if it works like this its the earths under the carpet behind the seat!!
