Any one out there done a radius arm conversion on the D1/ Defender to use the front radius arms???
im hoping to do it on my new toy for extra strength at speed off road but endless googling is throwing up no joy???
thinking of stripping another front axle and using the main tube of that but im not sure if thats even possible.. someone must do a kit???
Cheers

Not too sure what you are asking! I've seen strengthened radius arm mounts previously on a Tomcat type vehicle...
something like the below, to allow me to use front radius arms on the rear.

D2 has rear radius arms fitted but don't know if you could adapt that axle to fit yours.
An easier solution would be to just upgrade the existing trailing arms for stronger aftermarket ones

Trailing arms aren't the problem im more concerned bashing through the dunes I'll rip the arm off the axle with only 1 mounting point
