So the story is that I ordered my nanocom and was super excited about it arriving.....it arrived on Monday.....I followed the set up and unlock codes to the letter and tried it on my disco.......

The screen was freezing and hanging when trying to navigate through the menus, I was a bit disappointed but looked on the support site and read that the firmware has recently been updated, so I tried that......about 15 times until it worked as the nano was refusing to start up....

Eventually I got the latest firmware, re entered my unlock codes and tried again.....no different, freezing and locking up just doing the most basic of navigating through the menus.

Got in touch with BBS and they have sent a returns form and I've had to box it back up and post it back to BBS at £60......

Has anybody else had any dealings with the returns service and devices fixed under warranty, I'm worried that I'm going end up funding all this postage and there's various charges listed in the returns clauses....

I'm gutted about the whole thing, £360 in and i haven't managed to use it yet and it's now in the post!!!

If anybody is interested I uploaded the issue onto YouTube and sent the link to BBS to show what the issue was when in use.
