ANybody got an idea what a roll cage weighs?

Hi, can anybody give me a rough idea what a 110 Station wagon roll cage would weigh? It's prob gonna be a welded one from Whitbread, so no fixing hardware just the steel cage, which I beleive is made from 3.2mm blueband.

Not after exact figures, just ballpark, so even a 90 cage's weight would do.

That type of tube weighs about 3.75 kg per metre. You can work it out that way by just adding up the total length of all the tube you're going to need for the cage. It's a rough way of doing it but it should work OK for an estimate.
 
my 90 cage was from whitbread and easily lifted by malc and his helperfrom his workshop to outside. I would estimate it to be no more than 100kg (As there were not struggling with it) I would say 75kg.

so a 110 extra metalwork would still put it sub 100kg I reckon. Do langers numbers and see what you come up with, should hopefully be somewhere near mine :D
