Anyone use a Nanocom on their TD5s?
My brother-in-law has one and it's driving me nuts trying to get it to behave properly.
The manual and the Italian website are bloody useless!
The problem we get is that it works OK on the vehicle. It's at firmware 2.03 - as a pre-usb port version we cant go any higher.
When we connect the Nanocom to his laptop it tries to connect, but then the software on the laptop closes down, and the error "update Safety ID" comes up.
Googling, and emailing the Nanocom lot has not helped - so I'm stumped.
Just hoping someone has had this issue and sorted it!
