Any experts in Chester area?

Hi folks, I'm a newbie from Northern Ireland, considering buying an 06 Defender 90 from a dealer in the Chester area. Can anyone recommend someone who would be in a position to have a look at it to make sure it's in reasonable order, prior to me coming over to view/buy?

I am not considering AA/RAC inspections at this stage as I would prefer someone who knows what to look for.
