Had to repair my cradle again for the mot , was bad for one year since last repair , due to water in the tubes  have now filled in the two air holes in each tube and hoping that's the cause of water entry , the repair was up to mot standard as it passed with no advisories :) took me five plus hours last week to do , time will tell if the repair holds , I will have to sort a new one out in the future though £££££££££

How did you repair it, apart from pink paint? Did you remove it, weld up the rust bits, paint it and then refit it?
I'm still waiting for someone to post some pics of the removal and refit process:)

Repaired in situ , with P38 filler , the paint is allegedly rust beater :D out of the three colours they do could only get beige !

Been speaking to a tube bender about these this week, hopefully see some progress on it soon

The design is very complex for what it is , poor quality steel used , the flat plates trap water also , good job the tank is plastic ! If you can make them I will defo have one :)

Yeah the plates need a little ventilation, or at least some drain holes! Its more a question of IF they can be made the same with the tooling that people have. I'm more concerned about replicating the thin joining plates that go between everything, they'll be a pig to make!
