I bought a gps tracker a few weeks back when I bought my Landy, just in case the worst happens and I went to wire it in this morning... lifted the passenger seat and the battery compartment lid, what the hell is that...
Fixed in what space is left is a subwoofer... I thought the sound system was good in it already - the previous owner put speakers in but I didn’t think it was ‘that’good. Sure enough I turned the stereo on and the subwoofer did nothing, no life in it at all... I then remembered from my boy racer days that usually an amp has 3 cables - the remote start and the speaker cables... sure enough I took the headunit I fitted out again, and there was a spare blue remote cable, hooked it up and boom boom boom... everything kicked into life.
Sure not everyone’s (or my) cup of tea, but it was a nice surprise to find...
Oh and the GPS tracker works an absolute treat too :-D
