Alternator wiring on Rev counter

could anyone tell me where and if I can fit the wiring on the alternator to make a Rev counter work?

is it a td5?

You need to clean all the connectors up (especially the main power connector) otherwise you will have all kinds of charging issues.

I've only just had it, Woking through the list aha, I've looked for one but pretty dirty and couldn't see one, it's a 300tdi

if it is a 300tdi alternator you should have one....from memory sort of in the centre'ish at the back
