Going to refurb my predator alloys. paints starting to come off and alloy is corroding . i don't need to take off all the paint only the crap. will rub back to clean metal, what would be best primer to use before under coat. Would it be red oxide or is there a special one for alloy.

What about a kit off ebay? alloy wheel repair kit Land Rover items - Get great deals on Vehicle Parts Accessories items on eBay UK!

Plenty of places that will refurb alloys if you want perfection...£25 a corner

Off work for couple of weeks so fancied doing it myself plus save a few quid

halfords do an alloy /aluminium primer on the racks but before now ive used plastic primer and done a pretty damn good job of a set of cosworth alloys i had method used i did 3 verry light coats and warmed the alloys up with the missus hairdryer between coats with great results
