Hello

I've read the previous posts so I'm looking for confirmation of my thoughts or is my thinking flawed.
Y plate 2001 ES 146,000 .

Intermittent fault 80% of time no problem achieves & maintains ride height.
Occasionally NS deflates overnight. Most times comes up normal.
After a number of stops & starts NS deflates sometimes partially sometimes fully, sometimes comes up sometimes don't.
Sometimes both sides deflate mostly inflate ok, occasionally not.

Just replaced height sensor, the old one was Kn........kered but it has not cured the fault.
OS bag replaced 3 months ago.

After reading previous posts that the most likely explanation is a leak which is intermittent because it doesn't always self seal.

Last diagnostic before fitting sensor showed overduty cycle on compressor.

It was cleared down but I suspect that fault will have reappeared.

I've discounted compressor or valve issues because of random intermittent nature.

What do you think?

should always replace as a pair, have you thought about converting to coils? ive just done mine it was a piece of **** to do and impressed with the results so far

Try pressing the dash button to full height before you park up. Mine stopped leaking when fully extended so I knew what the problem was......I then waited till they (the bags) started leaking again and changed them both as a pair. 20 min job once wheels off.
