About 50mm or so, very quickly then stops.

Pumps straight back up and pump not running to keep it up.

New bags in January.

Any ideas what may be wrong?

Bag already failed?

Level sensor?

When does it happen?
Could be something like a sticky valve in the compressor unit, but it could just as well be a bag, even though they've been changed recently.
What happens if you leave the vehicle with the ORM selected?

Within 30 seconds of getting out of car, then hours later still same height

So following on from my recent pump failure I researched a lot and just renew the air springs, valve block with new and repaired the pump during my research I found out about the automatic operation of the SLS. Every time we turn off and exit the car it vents air and lows approx 40/50 mm as its meant to.
Some interpret this as away of it making it easier to enter the car next time round with it being lower but its just the SLS doing its thing.

Have read that and do not see how you can interpret it that way. Un less you have removed a significant load that allows the suspension to raise above a threshold.

Cheers

Quirks and saftey , so normal operation then and as interpreted on other sites an aid to exiting and entering the car ? Iv not actually taken a tape measure to it but it does raise and lower as stated.

I know mine does, by about 15 to 20mm when I open a rear door, after it is switched off. Always struck me as a idiosyncrasy of the system.

But not what I would call an aid to entry ,LOL.

Cheers

Hit a bump and light came on then went off, no errors.

Will get new sensors and try those
