Hi folks. I have a p38 4.6 GEMS with lpg multipoint system. Why i have to recalibrate the TMP so often??? This is the 3-rd time that i recalibrate the TPS sensor for a year... What can cause this problem??? I recalibrate because the idle are not stable when i rev the engine to high rpm... They go up and down and many time the engine shut down because of low rpm... I have changed and clean the Idle valve but nothing change... I have changed the TPS sensor to... same thing... The only way is to recalibrate the tps... Is a nigtmate to do so often.. without a reason...

There must be a reason find it.

Then you need to sort that out before attempting to get the LPG running correctly.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

yes from throttle and there is no air leak...
What about from MAF to throttle...??

The MAF makes a calculation for fuelling based on information from the MAF...if there is unmetered air entering the intake ducting after the MAF and before the throttle, this will cause running issues as the fuel trims will be all over the place as it tries to understand why there is more air in the system than it thought there was!

Even the ecu i have changed... I have changed the engine, ecu, the autogear box. everything from engine to the transmition.. and the problem is there... So i think is a ecu lpg that cause this problem not a air leak.....
