Advice on disco sill

Hi, I feel cheeky just joining today and already asking advice but I am desperate.
I have a Discovery 200TDI and both sills have holes in the under side. Is it easier/cheaper/less hassle/financially worth it etc to replace them or repair them?
Has anybody got any advice on either of the above? Id be grateful for any help at all.

replace them cos repaired sills look an absolue bollox, plus you might as well cut the whole sill out and replace it as cut a piece out and make a patch

agreed. if its got holes in one pc of tin, then it wont be long before other holes arrive.
