Advice for lazy person who hasn't bothered to look at fan belts

Power steering belt squeeling now, wouldn't you know I've just sold it, didn't do it before.
So I need to tighten the belt, question is How to do it on a V8 3.9 rangie classic 1990.
It looks as if two belts have to be adjusted at the same time. I'm going to have to do it tomorrow so what am I in for please.
