ABS Modulator Fitting!!

Hi Guyz..

I got this funny noise comming from my front brakes.. hard to explain
really, like a groaning, only on very slow speed, just before you stop, and
i feel the peddle rise un dip?

Ive replaced front calipers & pads, but it still the same? the brakes work
fantastic no problem!
So i had a word with my mates at the LR dealers.. now i might add here
that these guys are the best! they are VERY helpfull, get parts at reasonable prices, give as much help as possible, allways at hand to
help out.. even tea, & free boxes of chocie bic'ies.. they are (if interested)
Rockingham Landrover in Corby.
Now Ray, the boss, drove my gaylander and rekon its the ABS Modulator
playing up, so a replacment is on the cards..

Now i was thinking about fitting one of these, and all the brake pipes
are connected to this modulator, how can i remove all these pipes without
fluid ****ing out everywhere? can i get caps or something to close them
off? also, after fitting, will i have warning lights flash on the dash
because ive upset the ECU?

Has anyone fitted one of these units, id like to hear you veiws.. :blabla:
