I'm lucky enough to have access to some nice areas for off roading, so today decided to take the Series 3 to have a play rather than our usual work vehicles.

Very happy with how it performed, no winching needed! Only a few photos, hopefully more next week...

That paintjob has "character"

Just keeping it honest! I'd planned to (and still might) give it a full spray job, but there's a part of me that wants to keep it all as is, to show what has been done and not try to make it something its not.

I nice halfway house is to paint it yourself with a roller. I did that with mine and did not fill or straighten any of the panels. it give a nice lift to the vehicle but keeps the character and the lifetime of history rather than putting it in for a spray job and everything being smoothed over.

Where abouts in the country have you been out playing? It looks far more interesting than my local area!

That was in Dorset, off to North Devon for the week tomorrow, hopefully the weather holds out enough for another play.
