95 rrc wet carpets

hi there i have noticed that the front carpets in my 1995 soft dash are soaking wet so i have taken them out to dry and i am going to try and find the leak but it has just had a new screen and i have only just brought it so i dont know if its had a dip prior to my ownership or maybe the screen leaked before or even now. basically does anyone have any ideas where to look for a leak or common causes of this problem???
