Any one know the I/D of 90 diesel fuel pipe please and are delivery and return pipes the same size, I'm going to fi a diesel heater
thanks

Same as mine then.
You can use brass compression fittings on the pipes if that helps the installation and extend the pipes if needed with nylon air tube which is the same size.
I've replaced mine with clear so I can see air engress etc.

Thanks I'll try that, got other plans for the fuel line as well regarding security, the more I can slow thieves down the better.

What type of clear tube have you used? The ones I found when I had my air leak were not suitable for diesel. I used them anyway in the short term.

You wnant nlyon air pipe as used in industry, its not totally clear more opaque but you can see air bubbles.

That was the only type I could find when I looked last year. I wasn’t convinced it would work that well. I may get a roll for the rebuild, perfect time to do it.

Its same brand as the cab heaters in trucks but I cant spell it (webaso ?) it's diesel and heats the water in the block, might run a radiator off it in the cab as well
