90 200 tdi body with 300 tdi engine/exhuast

just a quick question????

exhaust is blowing so i need a new one.

but which one??

been to stealers yesturday they were a bit unsure which exhuast to fit.

body is a 200 tdi but they recon it is a 300 tdi exhaust (no cat and no back muffler just a small centre one) to go with the 300 tdi in the engine bay. they got a 300tdi exhaust down from stock but brackets are incorrect on the centre exhuast, and it is too big. they said that it was a later 300 tdi centre box. they do make a early 300tdi centre box but we have not got one to check.

exhuast brackets on 90 are original, no modifications.

so my question is does an early centre box 300 tdi exhaust fit a 1992 90 200 tdi body

exhausts dont interchange if you have engine conversion then unless done as lr would have a std exhaust wont fit it would have to have modification somewhere
