Anyone got any ideas?????

Heater fans dont work . Replaced heater resistor - still nothing on any settings.
Rear wiper doesnt work.
Locking vehicle by key doesnt flash indicators.
After locking vehicle, both sets of indicators randomly flash, but alarm sounder doesnt go off.

Are these linked? BCU?

Multi function unit behind the fusebox under the dash.

Not sure it would affect the heater though?

Do you still get the "boing-boing-boing" from under the dash if you have the lights on and open the door?

Do u still have the early 300 series that was fitted with the 200 wiring scheme?
So if so no MFU and definitely no BCU.
The security ECU sounds iffy, on later models the lack of indication on locking is an indication that the fobs battery requires replacing, but look in your handbook as that gives the exact wording on that issue.
With the heater follow the continuity from fuse, relay, switch, resistor and onward to the fan motor following your wiring diagram. Test don’t guess :D

i dont think so - it has an in engine bay fusebox,...
not using fob to lock - only key.
not that easy, as it has a non standard AC system, which is integrated with the heater system.

i get "beep, beep, beep, beep" if i open door with lights on.

on unlocking, get a single indicator lights flash. Locking gets none.

Starting at the bottom af your list, all ac systems are “integrated” with the heater. And no more involved when the ac is switch off. It is involved with a climate controlled ac system which D1s don’t have.
As for the indication issue, the security ECU is an easy plug n play replacement, find a replacement with a fob and you will have the remote option.
U have the 200 series ECU, a black box with tv. coax plug antenna plugged into it. Yes.

My point was that as it is non factory fit, it has a few extra relays n stuff, and none of it, or the colour coding of wires tie up with any circuit diagram I can find :(.

A mine field then, which would be the same if the circuit diagram wasn’t available for the D1s factory fitted AC system with its relays etc. But your system may have similarities with the factory kit, it shouldn’t be that different.
