Disco 1 300tdi rear window & random oil leak

• 1; My rear wiper does not work i have opend the switch and cleande it out i have also checkde for power and there is power is there a relay somwhere for it if so where and what els can it be

• 2;I changed my oil filter and about 60km later She started leaking cant really see where its coming from but looks like oil filter as it is full of oil, is it a general problem or did i screw somthing up

Okay, based on a UK spec D1 the switch sends a 12v signal to the multifunction unit (MFU), which will then operate the relay by providing an earth return for the relay.
The tailgate relay can be found in the passenger footwell behind the panel, if original it will be a green colour.

Wiper motors have been known to seize, so after u have found relay is operating then go to the motor.
Oil filter leak, as it's a diesel I haven't a clue where the filter is

or can be an earth as i know im strugelling with my earths
is there an easy way to get the eart behind the dash

Hi in both footwells there's a multi earth point with a few black wires at a collection point.
The MFU test should function , it's very strange when the circuits it controls start operating on their own. I tried it once.
The unit can fail you'll loose the wiper and interior light delays, also rear fog light plus the Ignition switch key bongs as I did 9 years ago.
