Hi Guys
I've spent months trying to get to the bottom of my D1 1998 Manual 300tdi
She goes fine, starts on a click of the key without waiting what ever the weather. BUT she has a nasty bite at 2k rpm in all gears, she bounces and jumps if you try to maintain speed at 2krpm or dare slow down. most noticeable in 1st,2nd,3rd
I've done the following...
full service - 3 times - all oils, diff gearbox, trans, engine
fuel filter,
sediment filter
timing belt
fuel pump timing
injector cleaner = loadssss of it
all boost hoses
wound the fuel pump up and down
new lift pump
cleaned all banjos connected to the fuel pump
ran her without boost hoses connected
im totally out of ideas, i cant' think of anything else and have searched high and low on the forums
here is a video of her doing it, - it's constant, i can make her do it 4/5 times
