thanks paul

i'm guessing here as i have a diesel, however if you can find the feed pipe ie the pipe that goes from the pump to engine, pull that off and and switch the ignition on and see if any fuel comes out(have a container to catch the fuel)

yer done that m8 as thought it mite be fuel filter theres just one at the back so undid that to put new on thought id see if fuel comes out and nope turned it over still nothing its starting to get to me now as not had it on road a day from new mot just had new mot yesterday and all i did was go round the corner streat after mot for shopping did shopping got back to car and dint start

i believe there is a plug on the rear chassi rail for the power supply for the pump, i know you said you thought that you could hear the pump, however this connection can become dirty and not make a proper conection

ok had a good look today ie fuse realys fuel pump cut off switch and pump out found that the switch was up so reset and still nothing so pump out and the motor in the pump has burnt out seen some on ebay but one says with sender unit and out with out it what is the sender unit and do i need it

paul

dont think its a genuine one but it looks just like the one i have fitted just cant see a difrance in the two pics on ebay thats why i thought id ask so just woundering what the sender unit is and what it dose

Can u not switch from lpg to petrol? On mine it had a little button to switch back to petrol but hold it for 5 secs and it allowed it to start on gas.
