Having replied to 'Leet' (foundry 4x4 in-tank fuel pump) on this forum I've now got an unexpected problem which may, or may not, have anything to do with Britpart. My independant seems to recall that when fitting today's replacement radiators to an earlier 3.5efi (basic rad - no oil coolers) it's neccessary to also fit the later fan shroud. I have today 'phoned Britpart themselves, baring in mind that I've (in effect) just bought a rad from them & their so- called 'customer services' flatly refused to connect me to 'tech support' because I am a member of the public! So there I was thinking I was a customer - 'oh silly me(!) & now thinking of joining the ranks of the Britpart/sh..part club. In the meantime though this doesn't solve my immediate concerns so can anyone throw any light on the subject of this shroud question please?
