Came to the 90 (200tdi) two weeks ago and the clutch was stuck, pedal down ok but not releasing, it had been stood a few months.
Same today after two weeks stood, had to start it in gear with the clutch depressed to release it. Anything I can do to stop it seizing and whats causing it please (damp ?)

Try slipping the clutch while on an up slope for a minuet or so,just holding the truck in one place with the clutch. This should clean things up. Or just drive it more.

Start it once a month and keep the clutch free, engage gears etc, even if you have to remain stationary with hand brake on, also in a damp storage, handbrake shoes can stick, so leave handbrake off also
