200tdi buttons

Hi

I have a basic '91 3dr, (eg no power windows etc).

On the binnicle, where the fog light, demister & rear wiper buttons are, there are 4 blanks on the next "row". What should they be please? I wish it install the buttons to control my 4 pairs of driving lights.

As far as I remember, they are the volume up, volume down, front fog lights and interior light switches, not that it really makes any difference if you are going to use them for your auxiliary lights?

thanks. Just needed to know in case they are not simple make & break style. Eg vol up/down will be push & release, so not suitable.

Does anyone know if I could use 4 x front fog switches, or will they not fit?

There's nearly always a few of these buttons on ebay, so maybe you could buy a few different types to see which would suit what you want? Just choose what seems most likely first ...

Or go to a local Landrover parts shop and ask to see a few, if they have them in stock, to see what suits.

they will fit fine. You can change the logo, as it is justheld in place between the body and front of the switch. The backs are different and connecting to the switches might be fun - but it is possible.

Or buy 4 small round rocker switches and drill the blanks to take the switches.
