2006 range rover hse hot start issues

Hi all
I have a 2006 range rover hse, with jaguar 4.4 litre engine. I currently started experiencing an issue where by the car starts fine in the morning or on a cold start, but say i drive for 10 mins and shut it off, it wont start after. I then have to let it sit for some time(about 20mins) and it would start fine after. also when im driving and it gets hot, say i come to a stop sign, it would want to stall but catch up again. No engine light as of now. i have cleaned the maf, and checked all other wiring but cant seem to find the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like one of the temp sensors, a more experianced RR expert will be along soon, tis early morning here in UK ...

thank you, i was thinking maybe its the iacv since it tries to stall when let of the gas and also it showed a code of misfire under 1000rpm. But lets see what the experts have to say.

Could be many things, diagnostics is the best way to go.
Try searching for threads about 4.4jag CPS (crank position sensor) see if anything seems similar to your problem.
