My 2003 Range Rover navigation screen stopped working toady. The radio and everything still works. Also the back light for the screen is still on and the screen glows but it just shows a black screen. It also flickers something every once in awhile if that helps. What is this and how can I fix it?

Check for wet connectors in the nearside rear of the boot.

has anyone had any feedback on the chinese units what pimpmyrange are selling, I think they only fit the 03/04 models with the radio/cd player in

i have a chinese unit fitted to mine.

yes only can be fitted to models without the Nav screen.

but im sure with a bit of wiring you can get it to work with them.

i love mine !!! :)

i have the same unit that pimp my range are selling. very good quality units

but i bought mine off ebay, directly from hong kong for only £350.

they are around £300 to buy now, not the £570 they are charging through pimp my range

this is a pic of my one fitted to my HSE.

not too difficult in my opinion.

it looks like it but it isnt.

it fits perfect, with no gaps. doesn't overhang the dash either.

obviously isn't flush like the originals, but the originals don't have all these features

but its designed to fit like it is, not because it wont go seat back any further into the dash.

i see you have the HSE.

have you got the premium 11 speaker amped system like mine ?

Massive thread hijack

+1 to Datatek, check the n/s rear quarter electrical bay for signs of moisture, and check all the connections in there for moisture or corrosion. The L322 is well known to leak there and for condensation to form trashing all the expensive kit in there!

Don't you start about thread hijacking ! :p ;)

The OP might consider fitting aftermarket instead of shelling out repairing the original dated equipment ;)
