200 tdi radiator

we are still finishing off the 200 tdi conversion in me 90..we just filled the system with normal water to check everything was ok and will do the antfreeze later.the current rad has a large section on the rear where there fins are missing this only come to view when we cleaned all the mud off.so i think i wanna replace the rad as i dont wanna fill the system with the antifreeze and then find the rad dont work properly..anyone got a 200 tdi defender rad? i dont think the disco ones fit asa you gotta ,lower the mounting points is that right? or does it fit into the housing? ta

you need to chop 28mm of the lower rad mounts

remember to drain the water out cos if you leave it in overnight and there's a heavy frost you could end up with a split block etc

ta dont want to use a disco one then.as the enjin is a genuine defender one with defender rad and intercooler that fit nicely obviuosly with no mods,the reason for getting the defender enjin was to save cutting and chopping fings
