2 1/4 petrol swap fpr 2 1/4 diesel

im currently in the process of changing the mills over the petrol one has ceased up, so got hold of a diesel, i want to know its its a straight swap with the gearbox and wiring and stuff like that, any help would be appreciated alot! cheers guys keep trukking!
 
No probs with the gear box, you will need to wire in the glow plugs, fit a stop cable, and a diesel return pipe.

Apart from that i think it is straight forwared.
 
the stop cable is that to cut the engien off? i have a doner car which has a lever next to the kep barrell do i need to swap that too?
 
Yup it's to stop your injuin, oh you will also need to fit the fuel filter, and the exhoost is a bit different.
