1993 defender swivel housing grease?

Hi guys and gals

Just wondering what I should put in my swivel housing.
I have one shot grease or is it Ep90? Got filler plug off top and level plug half way down out.

Used grease in my 93 for the last 4 years no issues at all, but then I also use it in my series 2 so what do I know!

Either is fine. I have one shot in my swivels.

Back in the mid 90s when one-shot wasn't available and my series 3's swivels leaked like a sieve I was told to mix ordinary grease with gear oil into a semi solid consistency. Did that for 6 years and never needed to take anything apart.

Used one shot in my 82 and 84 series and 1990 and 1985 90s. no problems.
