Being somewhat of a tight arse lately, rather than buy one off ebay for 30 quid, I'd like to make up the trailer electrics to connect to the 12N plug that sits behind the RH rear light cluster. (Not interested in 12S connection). So I just need the white connector, the wire and the trailer socket. Surprisingly, I don't seem to be able to find a part number for the white connector that is needed to connect to the existing plug behind the light cluster, or where to get one from. I don't want to just bypass the plug and splice into the wires either, I never like using those bloody scotch lock things. I think I'm correct in saying that the connector looks like the one below.

Any advice appreciated on where to get one.:)

if the white connector has not already been used the other half of the connector will be on thete just take it off there wont be any pins in it but they are cheap to buy from any automotive electrical supplier

Thanks for that, I really should take a look at what I've got before I start asking questions, but it's been peeing down so long I haven't got round to it!

Thanks very much for this, I'll have a good browse through it tomorrow at work. Once again the good folks of Landyzone come to the rescue!! :)
