Hello, I am new on this forum. Bit I am really stuck.

I am rebuilding a Defender 110 and just finished rebuilding tub. However after fitting it the back corners dont go flush with rear cross member.

The tub was stripped into 2 halves and put back together. Most parts stayed original, just reconditioned however rear body mounting, back 2 quarter panels, floor and 3 top had floor supports were replaced.

I am struggling figure out what to do. It seems if the top of the tub (B-post side) pushed the corners at the back go flush. But there is nothing there that I can see that would fix that in position without applying undue force when fixing it to the roof later on.

Am I missing some strut somewhere? Or do I have to rip whole thing out and start again?

No, Not Really. Tried shims in various places but all that doesn't result in flushness.
What I am trying now is approaching the problem from a different angle. I am going to see if I can bend it into submission with the use of the roof (at the moment its off)
So if its narrower near the middle doors than it is at the back then hopefully by attaching it to the roof will push it out near the doors and pull it in near the back... but we will see.
