Hi there - was wondering if anyone can help. I have a 2005 1.8 Freelander
it's not overheating.... honestly..... but..... if i have the internal cabin fan on power 4 - the red overheating light comes on... I thought the car was overheating, but if you turn it off and back on 1 minute later its fine again... it just shoots up.
I have read it could be the signal from the collant temperature sensor... but it seems strange it only happens when the internal heater fan is on full blast.
Anyone know anything about the wiring of these... and why it might be losing the reading from the CTS?
the obvious answer is just don't turn the fan to above 2... which i have been implimenting successfully for 4 weeks now... but thought i would check in here and see if its fixable.
THANKS!
