managed to reduce the dancing suspension.
still sits front right hand side down by about 15mm.
new airbags.
no leaks.
new air dryer.
new pump seals.
new block seal kit. Black o'rings.
new shocks.
I have the eas program supplied by the nice bloke in America.
I have the calibration blocks and have tried to reset to standard all the ride heights and sit down height.
I must be missing something..
I have measured and adjusted the normal ride height but still it bloody sits nose down on one side.
also when in sit down height it sits even in the same manner..
I have followed the relevant videos and still the problem remains...
god damn it!

You must have a sensor that is sending differing signals or set incorrectly. The front height bit count MUST be as near as possible the same side to side, ideally within 2 bits. Plus or minus 7 mm height measurement. If you have one side higher than the other at the front, the suspension will appear to dance. Every time the vehicle speed falls below 1 mph both front valves open to equalise pressure across the axle. If one side has more pressure in it than the other the suspension will drop slightly as pressure is equalised, then rise again as you move off.

it was indeed on level ground with tyre pressures 36 front and 28 rear.
the sensor question is a good question. How can I verify a sensor without just throwing parts blindly or is there no way to check? Resistance maybe?

Read the instructions that came with your EASunlock disc. If you have a duff sensor you are peeing against the wind. DO NOT set heights sat in car then get out to measure them. Do all from outside.

all adjustment have been done from the outside. Leaving the car to sit without disturbance..
been through the instructions. As I said, I am missing something somewhere.
just a ask from someone who has a method that worked 100% for themselves.

the later dunlop units only turn 180° as apposed the early ones having a 360° working surface!

The early ones CANNOT be swapped side to side the later ones can. There is only one sensor for the front and one sensor for the rear that fits both sides on your model. Think you have misread something

Yes there are, but on earlier sensors you had to get a different sensor for each corner, and they could not be swapped side to side. For your car there is only one type of front sensor and only one type of rear sensor, they fit on either side. Early sensors CANNOT be fitted to newer cars the mounting points are different. The new type can be fitted to older cars with adaptor brackets. Front sensor for your car is ANR4686. Rear for your car ANR4687.

If the tracks are worn on your sensors you may find swapping them side to side and using a fresh part of the track cures your problem. Sometimes does but not always.

ok, tomorrow arrived. Swapped over the front units and!!......




no more dancing !!
had a go at the rears..stopped
immediately.. Seized nut broke a small piece of the plastic casing..shïte... Luckily there is enough plastic to hold the bugger on ..thanks for your help y'all!
looks like it's time to get the calibration blocks out again..
