CV joint part missing on one side only

Stripped down both front hubs in the wait of new parts, after stripping found that on one side the brass thrust washer (FTC 56) was missing ????

The pictures show the stub axles and cv joints, one side had the washer fitted with the cv joint with ABS ring and the other no ABS ring and no brass washer, this isn't right is it ????

yes otherwise cv will be pulled up against the stub axle not the bush

Out of interest what would be the out come with it being pulled up against stub axle and not the bush over time
