ok..she is on lpg..uses twin underslung and one in boot..also on air too,air tank under front chassis cross member..

fanatic, what you mean about pressurise..use boost pressure to force water from tank to pump?
Dependant on flow rate you could either use compressor
(possibly from EAS system with better compressor or dive bottle)
If your worried about air and water/alcohol mix(particularly when empty) you could use possibly
Another possibility, but you would need to speak to manufacturer may be a water vessel pre charged expansion chamber, these are charged to 1.5 bar typically- you would need to know bladder was safe for your mix- but you could pre charge it and possibly post mix methanol if bladder can't handle it.

Toolstation > Heating > Tanks & Vessels > Expansion Vessel
then a jet and solenoid so it would mist into intake.
Last route would be my preferred choice, but then again I have never fitted methanol / water injection and a gallon tank
