I thought it sounded maf related then realised you had a pierburg maf fitted. From experience, this maf only works with the box turned on, and running over half max. Does it run better with the box on and turned up?

I used model glue, but that's why I fitted a new battery.and held it together with two tie straps. I also put a small piece of foam under the board and chip, cos 1 of them was rattling.

Piece of cake, split the fob, split the key for the chip, buy a new cr2032 battery, put the board from the fob and chip from the key, in the new key, and glue together, I used tie straps to hold whilst glue set. Get the blank cut at timpsons.

Hmm, it sound like its being starved. It seems to be starting on the spray, cos it barely burns a second. Have you had a multimeter on the injectors and harness? That would be my first port of call after fuel pump, AND CHECKING FUEL FILTER AINT BLOCKED ;-) Hissing sounds like aircon. Good luck

I think it will, the only difference in the m47 in a 75 and a td4 is the turbo setup. You know the td4 has a solenoid vacuum affair.
