hi i have had this problem a few times its a 90 and sometimes it would not crank and smoke would come through the dash i have removed the clocks and found the ignition wiring to be red hot and showing signs of cable burn my thoughts are that the ignition barrel is sticking on the glow plugs...

I know that 90s and such like have crap heating but this is really bad I have replaced the heater matrix as I thought that would sort it it got better but is only getting Luke warm after a 50 mile trip any help or advise would be grateful cheers mike
