Hi Had the same problems on my Disco 2 years ago, garage renewed front sunroof tray at a cost of £400 made no difference at all, I ended up buying a £5 tube of mastic and sealing it all round the 2 sunroof flanges to body skin, never leaked since. No I didnt get my £400 back. Cheers Vernon

Thanks burtonboy & slob, have checked with insurance company no probs on there part, just so long as it is MOTable, so am having coils put in on Thursday, have also asked if they would install some spacers in at the same time to raise it about 30 to 40mm. Cheers Vernon

Just dont know how you guys get so good fuel consumption with your Disco's, my 2001 auto 2.5 manages around the 21 mpg only 60000 on the clock, and no black smoke at any time. Maybe the tank is leaking !!!!!! Vernon
