Furst ah removed the pipe from the cyclone breather....

next ah undid the union from the top of the injector....
and the union from the next injector....

Engine oil and filter change.
Here's how Ah did it;)
first ah went for a wee drive to warm the oil up, then ah removed the filler cap.
Next ah got below to undo the sump drain plug (remembering the oil could be hot! ;) )....
and let it drain completely...
LT77 gearbox oil change.
Here's how Ah did it;)
Firstly ah went for a wee drive to warm up the oil. Then Ah removed the filler plug (above the main drain plug) as ah didn't want to find ah couldn't get it out afterah drained the box! ;).....
it's a square plug but ye can get a socket on...
Transfer box oil renewal.
Here's how Ah did it;)
Furst Ah removed the filler plug with a 1/2" ratchet....
and then removed the drain plug....
Once the oil had completely drained, Ah stuck the drain plug back in and torqued it up (renewing the copper washer if needed)...
Fuel filter renewal.
Here's how Ah did it;)

Furst Ah slackened the bleed screw on top of the housing...
then using a filter removal tool (only because ah can't get enough grip!)....
Ah removed the filter....

using some fresh diesel, ah...
Axle oil renewal.
Here's how Ah did it;)

Furst Ah removed the diff gaurd...
Then using a 1/2" ratchet, ah removed the filler plug (always a guid idea to do this furst;) )....
then using same 1/2" ratchet ah undid the drain plug....
once the oil had completely...
Swivel ball fluid / grease renewal

Ah started off by cutting the top of an old 5ltr container....
Down to the swivel housing. Ah removed the filler plug first as it would be a bugger if ah drained it and couldn't get the thing out!...

This is a nice easy job to do, so heres how Ah did it;)
The headlight
Firstly Ah removed the side light and indicator lenses .
Undid the screws holding the bases on and pulled them through a bit
Next Ah removed the two screws holding the cover on and...
If ye ever need to change yer pump at any point and find that ye've got a squeel and judder on full lock after renewin' it )and bleeding it through properly).. chances are the new pump might be knackered!
Having just changed mine, ah found ah had these problems but another new pump soon sorted...
Power steering pump renewal.
Noticed mine was leakin’ and causin’ my steering to be a wee bit dodgy at times, so here’s how Ah did it….
Workin’ from below, Ah slackened off the three bolts holding the adjuster plate on….

Removing door hinges from the bulkhead.

To remove the hinge from the bulkhead Ah used an impact driver to get the bolts out

Usin a thinnish screwdriver ah stuck it in the captive nuts and lifted them out
Ah threw the old ones away...
A-FRAME BALLJOINT RENEWAL
Mines was needin’ renewed so here’s how Ah did it….
First Ah jacked the back axle up and stuck it on a couple of stands…
