Yes sadly it is to the side with the bolt head, have soaked it in WD40 for a few days already, and been giving it quite a hit wih a hammer to try and dislodge it, will try again see with a bigger hammer ! Is it definatly just a shank and not thread the whole way through ?

Thought it was time to get a steering guard fitted, all delivered shiny and new all ready to fit and the last bolt is jammed in place, just wondered if anyone had this problem or if there is a particular way to get it out as it needs to be fitted to the other side of the bolt. I have attached...
