    Dash switches

If I recall, those aren't the kind of switches you'll want. They are momentary (maybe the hazards aren't) because all the rest of that stuff is hooked up to the BCU. If you track down any "real" switches that fit in there I'd be interested to hear about it.

    Help when it rains

Unfortunately you'll need to get it paired to your ECU by someone with a Testbook if you go that way (thanks Land Rover - was it REALLY necessary to design it that way?). Depending on how much that will cost you, you may be better off to get a BCU and ECU pair out of a parts truck.

    Help when it rains

That would be odd, as the bottom of the screen doesn't sit in a channel where water can accumulate. I'd think it would be more likely to be on the side. Try pulling off the A-pillar trim and see if its wet back there. That's the direct path to drip down onto your electronics.

    Help when it rains

gazdav is right. As a stop gap measure, you may be able to pull the trim around it and load it up with some silicone sealant where its leaking (pull trim, dry everything, have someone run a hose on it while you sit inside and figure out where it's coming from, dry it again and seal the area)...

    Help when it rains

My guess is that it is leaking all the time, and it gets heavy enough to notice it when you're moving. Sounds like your BCU is getting wet. And whomever replaced it didn't bother fixing the reason it needed to be replaced to begin with. Open up the kick panel and take a look. If it's...

    Help! Interior Fan Problem

It does, as you can see below. Part G102 ("resistor pack") is what I was talking about replacing (although I thought it was transistorized before pulling this diagram - I mush have gotten bad information on that): You can get the full diagrams and shop manual here. It will have a lot...

    Help! Interior Fan Problem

The fan is powered from a relay in the passenger compartment fuse box. If this relay is bad, you will have no fan at any speed. On the other terminal on the fan is the negative side. There are two things attached to it. One is another relay. When this is switched on, you have a clean path...

    Air con intermittent

Get something with a gauge and understand how it works/what it means. You want to see what pressure it is at after it's been switched off and sitting. If it's less than the vapor pressure of R134a, it means you have NO liquid refrigerant in there. Here's a calculator. If you have less that x...
